Abstract

Araştırmada, A ve B tipi kişilik özellikleri ile iş stresi ve iş doyumu ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Örneklem olarak Kırgızistan’ın başkenti Bişkek’te faaliyet gösteren yiyecek içecek işletmeleri seçilmiştir. Verilere faktör analizi, korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Analizlerin sonucunda, A tipi kişilik özellikleri ile iş doyumu arasında bir zayıf bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir

Abstract

In the study, the relationship between type A and B personalities and job stress and job satisfaction were examined. Food and beverage enterprises operating in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, were selected as the sample. Factor analysis, correlation and regression analysis were performed. As a result of the analysis, a weak relationship was found between type A personalities and job satisfaction
